Shipping Times & Rates

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM (EST) may be processed the following business day.
  • Shipping Time: Once your order is shipped, delivery times typically range from 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Shipping Rates:
    • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $100. For orders under $100, the shipping fee is based on orders weight
    • Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional $35. Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days after processing.
    • Overnight Shipping: Available for an additional $55. Delivery typically takes 1 business day after processing.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States and select international locations. Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately at Melzkreationz@andhersons.com

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, please note that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for these delays, but we will do our best to keep you informed.

Packaging

Your jewelry will be carefully packaged in a protective box to ensure it arrives safely. We use eco-friendly materials wherever possible.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We are happy to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses. However, please note that delivery times may be longer than usual for these addresses.

International Shipping

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand the potential fees before placing an order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at Melzkreationz@andhersons.com We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a resolution.
